ROSALÍA SIGNED LUX VINYL GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES (U.S.)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Ceremony of Roses Acquisition, LLC, 25 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10010 (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on the date the QR code is first displayed at ROSALÍA U.S. tour venues and ends on July 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, entrants may enter by scanning the official QR code displayed at participating venues and submitting their email address via the designated entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) signed ROSALÍA LUX vinyl. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $60 USD.

Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about July 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to confirm eligibility and provide a valid U.S. shipping address.

8. Prize Delivery

Prize will be shipped at Sponsor’s cost to a U.S. address provided by the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged shipments.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. Opt-in for marketing is optional and not required to enter.
